We’re super excited to announce the new questions and features we’ve just added to Crafty Quiz! There’s three new question types, Out of Order, Wipeout and You Decide plus a new question feature called Point Share. Hopefully you’ll love them as much as we do and with them you can make your smart quizzes even more awesome than they already are!
This one’s pretty obvious, you give your players a series of options and they have to put them in the correct order. You can use text and picture options so you could ask teams to put movies in order of box office takings, awards or release dates or countries in order of size, population or location, the possibilities are endless. you’re only limited by your imagination!
Wipeout questions have multiple correct answers, and teams select as many of the correct ones as possible. They get points for each correct answer but if they select one of the wrong answers their points are wiped out. You can use text and picture options so you could ask teams to select clubs that have won the FA Cup, sports at the Olympics, actors that have won an OSCAR, it’s up to you!
With You Decide questions you don’t set the correct answer, you just give them a series of options. The correct answer is the most popular one i.e. the one the most players choose so it’s up to your teams to pick the most popular option. With you Decide questions, you can ask who was the best Bond or what’s the best flavour of crisps.
The new Point Share feature lets you reward teams for getting the most difficult or obscure questions right! You can add the Point Share feature to most question types and when it is active the total number of points on offer will be shared equally between all the correct teams. So, if there are 50 points on offer and 5 teams are correct, each team will get 10 points.
