The Quiz Master Unlimited licence is perfect for professional entertainers who host regular quizzes and bingo games.
You can host as many events as you like so, if you host four per week that’s equivalent to £2.60 per event!

Player Limits
When you're using a router, there's no limit to the number of devices the software can connect to but you will be limited by the performance of your router and computer and your venue layout. You can read more here. If you're playing over the internet you're limited to 100 devices.
Licence Valid For One Computer
The licence is valid for one computer but you can transfer the licence from one computer to another.
Computer Minimum Specifications
PC running Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11. Intel Core™ i5 or AMD Ryzen™ 5 processor.
At least 4 GB RAM but ideally 8 GB.
500MB free disk space.
Internet Access
If you're playing over the internet you need a good stable internet connection so we recommend connecting your computer using an Ethernet cable. If you're playing locally with a router you don’t need an internet connection during your event but you do need an internet connection to authorise your licence and we strongly recommend doing this several hours before your event.
This is a subscription product so you will be charged the same amount on the same day each month or year.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, selecting ‘My Subscriptions’ and ‘View’ the subscription you want to cancel. Once cancelled, you will be able to use Crafty Quiz until your next billing date at which point your subscription will not renew and you will no longer be able to host games.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for unused parts of your subscription.

To request a refund contact us giving your name, order number, email address and licence key (if applicable) and the reason why you’re not completely satisfied. You will then receive an email with full details of our return address.
Once received, your refund request will be processed within 2 business days and you will receive email confirmation of this. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment and you should receive your refund within 10 business days.
If you took advantage of the ‘Half Price Mini Router’ offer when you purchased your licence the router must be returned for a full refund. If the router is not returned in a re-saleable condition the promotional offer will not be valid therefore the discount value will be deducted from your refund.
