The Crafty Quiz Mini Router has been specifically designed to work with the Crafty Quiz software and comes setup to work straight out of the box.
You can use it as your main router with up to 30 participant devices connected or as an extender to increase the range of your main router.
It’s really easy to use, you just connect it to your laptop with the supplied Ethernet cable and micro USB power cable and you’re ready to go!
The Crafty Quiz Mini Router comes with a 0.5m Ethernet cable and Micro USB power cable. The USB power cable can be connected to your laptop to power the router so you don't need a plug socket.
When using the router as your main router you can connect up to 30 player devices however this will depend on the size and layout of your venue and any wi-fi interference. You can find our more about device limits here.
You can also use the Crafty Quiz Mini Router as an extender to increase the range of your main router however connecting this can reduce performance so should only be used as a means of increasing range rather than to increase the number of participant devices connected.

Crafty Quiz Mini Routers and promotional material are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail and you will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Orders are tracked and are normally delivered in 2-5 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to fulfill international orders.
What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
Delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by Royal Mail and therefore can’t be guaranteed by us so if your order doesn’t arrive within the timescales shown above it may be delayed in transit.
We are required by Royal Mail to allow 10 working days from dispatch before we can declare an order lost and re-issue it. Please note that you must also notify us within 60 days of dispatch if your order has not arrived. After this time we cannot replace your order free of charge.
You can return Crafty Quiz mini routers and promotional material for a full refund for up to 45 days after purchase as long as they are returned unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
To request a refund contact us giving your name, order number, email address and postal address. You will then receive an email with full details of our return address.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the material and ensuring it is received in an acceptable condition therefore you may want to consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance.
Once the order has been received and checked, your refund request will be processed within 2 business days and you will receive email confirmation. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment and you should receive your refund within 10 business days.
If you feel that an item is faulty or not as described please contact us giving your name, email address, order number and details of the issue you are experiencing. If an issue or fault is confirmed, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
