From time to time we may make changes to the Crafty Quiz Mini Router to improve its performance so it may be necessary to update your router. If we do update the firmware we will make the new version available here. The current router firmware was released on 28.04.2018 and is version number: cqa-v1.0.

How To Update Your Router

  1. Download the latest version of the router firmware here
  2. Connect your router to your PC with an Ethernet cable and USB power cable
  3. Type ‘192.168.8.1’ in the address bar of a web browser
  4. Access your routers settings using the admin password which is ‘craftyquiz’ by default
  5. Select ‘Update Router’ from the settings menu and click ‘Select File’
  6. Select the software file which you have just downloaded on your PC and click ‘Upload’
  7. You will need to confirm the update by entering your admin password again to proceed
